The whole world found itself facing a unique enemy, a lethal virus whose effects are comparable to the world wars of the last century.
But what was the impact of the virus on our democratic system?

in our system and influenced the questionable anti-democratic legislation produced afterwards.
Angela Di Benedetto wonders how all this was possible and through which more or less legitimate procedures, in an attempt to offer a point for reflection, a different point of view,
in the analysis of the legislative production of the two-year period 2020-2022.

The Author:
Angela Di Benedetto was born in Rome, where she still lives
and works. She obtained her high school diploma in languages at the Sacro Cuore high school in Rome and graduated in Law at La Sapienza University of Rome with a thesis in Social Security Law. After finishing her studies, she entered the workforce in a local public transport company.
In 2005 she qualified as a lawyer by passing the bar exam at the Court of Appeal of Rome. She currently works as a lawyer for her company.
